Everything you need to know about ordering from, returning to, and shopping with Fadersoon LLC.

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.
To start a return, email support@fadersoon.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with a return authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions within 1 business day.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error. We recommend a trackable shipping service; we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or card issuer first — processing times vary. If you've done that and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@fadersoon.com.
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us with photos of the issue and your order number.
We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most disputes can be resolved directly and quickly.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We ship via FedEx, UPS, and the US Postal Service. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country.
Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date if your order has not arrived or arrived damaged. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue.
Fadersoon LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers required to fulfill orders (payment processors, shipping carriers, email platforms) and when required by law.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@fadersoon.com. You may also opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Promotional codes cannot be combined unless stated.
We make every effort to display product colors, dimensions, and details accurately. Actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Weights and measurements are approximate.
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Fadersoon LLC provides a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible items as described in our Return Policy.
Fadersoon LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this site. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Fadersoon LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
